This chart shows a ballpark range of RAP based on IVC size and respiratory variation.
For example, a large non-varying IVC is an elevated RAP – somewhere between 10 and 20; the average of 15 is typically used.
For example, a very small IVC with significant variation corresponds to a low CVP – somewhere around 0-5; the average of 3 is typically used.
