Arrow: Needle Projection 

• Insert the needle across the surface of the olecranon over the medial head of the triceps tendon.
• Inject under the nerve first to remove any potential artifacts that may cloud your anatomy.
• Then inject on top of the nerve.
• Generally, when doing injections, always start deeper and work your way superficially.
