  • The video clip shows a normal infraspinatus tendon.
  • The image shows an abnormal infraspinatus tendon.
  • Abnormal: measure the medial to lateral distance of the tear.
  • The image shows an abnormal infraspinatus tendon.
  • Abnormal: measure the depth of the tear.
  • Then grade the tear by determining whether or not the tear invades/occupies 50% of the cuff or less; or 50% of the cuff or more before deciding if the tear is noteworthy.
